Refurbishment in Sunningdale

Located down a narrow lane this 3 bed semi detached was changed into a 4 bed by the addition of a stunning new attic conversion. We also fitted a stand alone shower in the atticas well with small wash hand basin.

We left the chimney brickwork exposed as a feature, the building control requested for it to be repointed to prevent any possible fumes seeping from the chimney to the bedroom.

Another complete refurbishment including, new custom built Spanish style kitchen with baskets.  A rewire, new plumbing and boiler. A new bathroom, new cloakroom and complete decoration inside and out.
